We do NOT use your health data for advertising, profiling for marketing, or sell it to any third party under any circumstances.

3. Information Sharing & Disclosure

Healthcare Providers: We share relevant health and booking information with the doctor, lab, or pharmacy you have specifically chosen. They are bound by their own professional confidentiality obligations.
Payment Processors: Payment data is handled by Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant). MediConnect does not receive or store your complete card details.
Technology Partners: We use Supabase for secure database storage. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority under applicable Indian law.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred to the new entity, subject to the same privacy protections.

4. Data Security

All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using SSL/TLS (HTTPS).
Your account password is stored using industry-standard hashing — we cannot read your password.
Health records and personal data are stored in encrypted databases with access control.
We conduct regular security reviews and access audits of our systems.
We restrict access to personal data to authorized employees only, on a need-to-know basis.
