Go to the Doctors page, search by specialty or name, select your preferred doctor, choose an available slot, and confirm. You'll receive confirmation on your dashboard immediately.
Yes, from your Dashboard. The platform fee is non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled by the doctor. Rescheduling: contact us on WhatsApp.
Yes. Every doctor must submit their Medical Registration Certificate, degree certificates, and government-issued ID before their profile goes live. All documents are reviewed manually.
The platform convenience fee is paid during booking. The doctor's consultation fee is typically paid directly at the clinic unless stated otherwise on the doctor's profile.
Medicine Orders
Visit the Medicines page, search for what you need, add to cart, and place your order. For prescription medicines, upload a valid prescription from a registered doctor.
We aim to deliver within 24–48 hours within Silchar and surrounding areas. You'll be notified via WhatsApp/SMS once dispatched.
Yes, within 1 hour of placing the order if it hasn't been dispatched. Contact us on WhatsApp immediately for urgent requests.
Lab Tests & Home Collection
Go to the Tests page, select the test, choose home collection or lab visit, pick a slot, and confirm. Booking confirmation is instant.
Home collection is available in Silchar and select nearby areas. The system notifies you during booking if it's available at your location.
Most standard reports are available within 24–48 hours. Specialized tests may take 3–5 days. Reports appear in your Dashboard and are sent to your email.
Payments & Refunds
UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery for eligible medicine orders. All online payments are SSL encrypted.
Wait 10–15 minutes and check your dashboard. If still not confirmed, contact us within 48 hours with your transaction ID and we'll resolve it promptly.
